How do I get a quote?
If you need sheets, rods, tubes, please fill in any from on our website or email us directly to tell us your requirements on material, quantity, surface treatment, color, application environment for accurate pricing.
If you need to CNC machining services. please kindly send us 3D, CAD solid model in Step, IGS, X_T fromat.
How can I get a sample?
Sheets, rods, tubes ( (sizes not larger than 150*150mm) and standard parts can be provided in 3-5 days if you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take longer.
As for shipping, customers just need to bear a little shipping charge, most of our shipments are via DHL, UPS, Fedex, which can take a few days.
What should we do if we receive defective products?
If receive defective product, please send is the photos, we will feedback to our engineering and QC departments and solve the problems ASAP.
How you do the quality control?
1: Materials inspection by IQC;
2: The first sample inspected by QC, QC will do over check as per the parameters list and dimensions requested by customers, to decide if it can go ahead for production;
3: During processing, our IPQC will check the injection molded parts every 2 hours, ensure no any rejects;
4: FQC will check the products before sending to the warehouse.
5: 100% inspected by OQC before shipping out.
Can I come to China for factory inspection?
Of course, but it is better to wait until the epidemic subsides. Now we support using ZOOM for online factory inspection.
Will Gonow sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)?
Yes, if it gives you peace-of-mind to sign an NDA, we are more than willing to do so. But we have the duty to keep your design in confidential no matter NDA is signed or not. All workshop are camera monitored.

Sheets and rolls are carefully packed with protective PE film, plastic wrap, corner support, and iron strips etc. ensure the safety of long-distance transportation.
Rolls will be in protective PE Bubble bag additionally.
Rods are normally packed in tailored wooden cartons.
