Gonow Polyetheretherketone (PEEK)
Gonow PEEK is a semi-crystalline high temperature thermoplastic that offers design engineers a truly unique combination of exceptional performance characteristics. When compared with other engineering polymers, this material ranks as the best or nearly the best in every performance category. Gonow PEEK has a relative thermal index of 480°F and has a UL 94 flammability rating of V-0, with very low levels of smoke generation and toxic gas emission. Additionally, this material exhibits excellent electrical properties, which remain stable over a wide range of both temperatures and frequencies.
Gonow PEEK is chemically resistant to a wide range of organic and inorganic liquids and is insoluble in all common solvents. In addition, it is unaffected by steam and hot water and has a very low moisture absorption rate. This material offers superior dimensional stability and machines easily. While unfilled Gonow PEEK offers good wear resistance, Gonow L has been reinforced with graphite and PTFE to provide an ideal combination of low friction and enhanced wear. For applications that require improved strength and stiffness, a 30% glass fiber filled grade is available (Gonow Rg-30). Unfilled Gonow PEEK stock shapes are light beige in color and are available from Gonow Plastics in a full range of heavy gauge rod, plate and tubular bar sizes.
Gonow PEEK Grades
A big advantage of PEEK is the ability to modify it. Special grades such as fiber reinforced, glass fiber filled, ceramic filled PEEK and others are available. You can select the most suitable material according to the usage environment and usage. We also offer special PEEK for medical, oil and gas, semiconductor and aerospace applications.
Carbon Fiber Filled PEEK
Gonow C30 extruded thermoplastic shapes provide users with the toughness, strength and chemical resistance inherent in unfilled PEEK as well as enhanced stiffness and compressive strength with improved dimensional stability through the addition of carbon fiber.
Gonow C30 shapes offer excellent wear resistance and a very low coefficient of friction. Gonow C30 is available in multiple rod and plate configurations by special order.
Minimum order quantities may apply, dependent on specific product configuration.
Ceramic Filled PEEK
Gonow CM3801 extruded thermoplastic shapes provide users with improved physical properties compared to standard, unfilled PEEK grades through the addition of a proprietary ceramic filler. Additionally, this material offers Continuous Use Temperature of up to 480 ̊F (249 ̊C).
Gonow CM3801 offers excellent dimensional stability and machinability for tight pitch/small diameter drilling operations and is especially well suited for IC test socket applications. Available in multiple rod and plate configurations by special order in natural white color

How do I get a quote?
If you need sheets, rods, tubes, please fill in any from on our website or email us directly to tell us your requirements on material, quantity, surface treatment, color, application environment for accurate pricing.
If you need to CNC machining services. please kindly send us 3D, CAD solid model in Step, IGS, X_T fromat.
How can I get a sample?
Sheets, rods, tubes ( (sizes not larger than 150*150mm) and standard parts can be provided in 3-5 days if you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take longer.
As for shipping, customers just need to bear a little shipping charge, most of our shipments are via DHL, UPS, Fedex, which can take a few days.
What should we do if we receive defective products?
If receive defective product, please send the photos, we will feedback to our engineering and QC departments and solve the problems ASAP.
How you do the quality control?
1: Materials inspection by IQC;
2: The first sample inspected by QC, QC will do over check as per the parameters list and dimensions requested by customers, to decide if it can go ahead for production;
3: During processing, our IPQC will check the injection molded parts every 2 hours, ensure no any rejects;
4: FQC will check the products before sending to the warehouse.
5: 100% inspected by OQC before shipping out.
Can I come to China for factory inspection?
Of course, but it is better to wait until the epidemic subsides. Now we support using ZOOM for online factory inspection.
Will Gonow sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)?
Yes, if it gives you peace-of-mind to sign an NDA, we are more than willing to do so. But we have the duty to keep your design in confidential no matter NDA is signed or not. All workshop are camera monitored.
What's the raw materials used?
All raw materials we use is new material, no return materials are used in our products, you can rest assured about it.
What is the manner of packing?
All goods are packed in a sustainable manner ( Standard Export Package)
Sheets and rolls are carefully packed with protective PE film, plastic wrap, corner support, and iron strips etc. ensure the safety of long-distance transportation.
Rolls will be in protective PE Bubble bag additionally.
Rods are normally packed in tailored wooden cartons.
